[[{“value”:”Colorado health and marijuana regulators have issued a recall notice for infused pre-rollsand flower produced by Verv LLC, which operates as Denver-based Dadirri.

According to a June 9 health and safety notice from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division, dispensary products from Dadiiri contained “pesticides above the acceptable limits established” by state rules. The recalled products initially passed state-licensed lab testing but were found to have exceeded pesticide limits after being “subjected to additional testing,” the MED says.

The June 9 notice states that the recall was voluntary, and Dadirri collaborated with MED to initiate the notice to consumers and stores.

According to the MED, around forty dispensaries across Colorado sold the recalled products from April 24 to June 5 of this year. The affected products include the strain names Creamsicle, Sherbert Pie and Strawberries N Cream, the notice adds, with all Dadirri product labels having the following license number: 404R-00440.

“Consumers who possess this affected product should destroy it or return it to the store from which it was purchased for proper disposal. Consumers who experience adverse health effects after consuming the affected product should seek medical attention immediately and report the event to the MED by submitting a MED reporting form,” according to the MED.

In a statement to Westword, Dadirri CEO and co-founder Ashley Schriner says, “There is always more behind the scenes when it comes to these recalls.” According to Schriner, Dadirri acquired distillate THC from a provider with a “test-passed” designation. After using the distillate to make three batches of infused pre-rolls and flower, the products were later found to be contaminated, she says.

“Those batches were then tested again before going out the door and received a passing test. It appears that this was a testing lab mishap, because later other labs found this distillate to actually be contaminated, which then sparked the voluntary recall,” Schriner says. “We have been in business over seven years and have never come close to a recall like this. But at the end of the day, there is nothing we could have done in this situation. We are just glad everyone acted quickly so we could get the product off of the shelves as soon as possible.”

This is the seventh marijuana recall issued by the MED in 2025.
