New York state’s Office of Cannabis Management has announced a recall on several cannabis products sold in New York State.
The recalled products were produced by IndoGrow and sold through adult-use dispensaries around the state.
According to the OCM, the products were originally quarantined due to a lack of validity in testing by a former permitted laboratory. Products were re-tested, and nine lots failed due to the due to the presence of pesticides that could pose a health risk.
The OCM says the recall is precautionary. No adverse reactions to the products have been reported yet.

The products above may also go by names that may include Indi, Grow by Indi, Our Creation and Grow with Us, according to the OCM.
Consumers who have purchased products included in the recall can contact the dispensary they purchased them from for a refund even if the product has been opened, the OCM advises.
