A 44-year-old Lancaster County man will spend 10 to 20 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl after providing her with marijuana.
Police said the assault took place at Robert Fink Jr.’s apartment on Sept. 9, 2023.
According to an affidavit, the victim said Fink’s girlfriend left around 8 p.m., after which she and Fink went to his bedroom where he provided her with marijuana that made her feel “very high.”
