[#item_full_content] [[{“value”:”PLATINA, Calif. – Tehama County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a 57-year-old man after serving a search warrant at a home on Highway 36 West as part of an ongoing marijuana trafficking investigation. According to the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office, detectives found more than 320 growing marijuana plants, evidence consistent with marijuana sales and several guns during the search on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.Detectives say they seized 6 firearms, including 2 prohibited assault weapons. One of the assault weapons had an illegally shortened barrel, and another was a non-serialized ghost gun.During the operation, detectives observed Yao Her attempting to run away from the marijuana cultivation site. Her, who lives on the property, was taken into custody without incident.Her was booked into the Tehama County Jail on charges including marijuana cultivation, possession of marijuana for sale, maintaining a place for drug sales, possession of high-capacity magazines, possession of a short barrel rifle, possession of a banned assault weapon, and possession of a non-serialized ghost gun firearm. Detectives also seized 2 vehicles as assets subject to forfeiture under California law.The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges or arrests may be made as new information is developed.
