[#item_full_content] [[{“value”:”PALERMO, Calif. – Officials say an 18-year-old man was arrested after leading Butte County Sheriff’s deputies on a pursuit through residential and rural roadways early Sunday morning. Deputies say they used a drone to find him hiding under a tree.A BCSO deputy tried to stop a black Ford Escape in the Palermo area for vehicle code violations around 1:52 a.m. on Aug. 9, authorities say, and the driver did not stop, leading deputies on a pursuit.The vehicle was later found abandoned on Cox Lane near Wayne Charles Road. Deputies say they searched the area and found a backpack near a creek bed that contained two loaded handguns.Using a drone, deputies say they later found the driver, identified as Adrian Uribe of Gridley, hiding under a tree. During a search of the vehicle, deputies found about 74.83 pounds of marijuana, along with two bags of cocaine.Deputies determined Uribe was the driver during the pursuit and he was arrested on multiple felony charges, including evading a peace officer with wanton disregard, reckless evading while driving on the wrong side of the roadway, possession of a controlled substance while armed and possession of marijuana for sale.Drone video of the arrest can be found here.
