[#item_full_content] The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said deputies seized 489 pounds of cannabis after a traffic stop on the Northway in Clifton Park. The Sheriff’s Office said deputies stopped a vehicle Tuesday at 2:28 p.m. for following too closely and insufficient tail lamps on the Northway. The investigation led to the arrests of Kevin C. Wilbur, 46, of Brushton and Quinton L. Carle, 23, of Bombay.
