#3 — Spot the Problem™

What Could Be a Problem During an Inspection?

The scene includes several things employees should notice before or during an inspection.

Possible problems include:

✅ An area marked EMPLOYEES ONLY that may require controlled access.

✅ A note suggesting a quantity or inventory issue should be handled “later.”

✅ Records or documents left out where they may be incomplete, unsecured, or not properly controlled.

✅ Product or equipment located where it may require verification against the facility’s procedures.

✅ Anything an employee is tempted to quickly hide, move, alter, or “fix” only because an inspector arrived.
