[#item_full_content] [[{“value”:”SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. – Two people were taken into custody as a result of the service of more than ten search warrants as part of a multi-agency marijuana eradication operation in Shasta County.Authorities say that over a recent four day period, the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Eradication Team (MET) along with multiple allied agencies carried out an eradication operation on various illegal marijuana grow locations around Shasta County.During the operation, twelve search warrants were served at the locations, which resulted in the following being located and seized by law enforcement:3,004 marijuana plants459 pounds of processed marijuanaEight illegal firearmsOne stolen firearmTwo suspects were taken into custody by authorities as a result of the operation, with both facing felony weapon charges.
